Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that increase engagement, grow followers, and support broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create, curate, and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create cohesive brand storytelling.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when applicable.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve content and strategy.

Creative mindset with an eye for design, tone, and brand voice.

Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
