Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This role offers the opportunity to strategize, execute, and scale high-converting ad campaigns for diverse brands in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve client objectives.

Conduct audience research and build custom/lookalike audiences to improve targeting precision.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-performing creatives.

A/B test ad elements including headlines, creatives, targeting, and placements.

Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Stay current on Meta Ads Manager updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with measurable results.

Solid understanding of paid social media strategies, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to optimize performance.
