Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and globally minded International Business Development Representative to expand our market reach and build relationships with clients across international territories. This role involves identifying global opportunities, initiating outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline in target regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential international markets, clients, and partnerships.

• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

• Develop a deep understanding of regional markets, cultural nuances, and industry trends.

• Set meetings and coordinate with regional sales managers or executives for closing opportunities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.

• Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach strategies for specific countries or regions.

• Represent the company in virtual or physical international trade events, expos, or B2B meetings.

• Track KPIs and report on international sales activities and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international business development, sales, or a similar B2B role.

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt messaging across diverse markets.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work across time zones and occasionally travel internationally.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
