Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and initiating relationships with potential clients to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research prospective customers, markets, and trends.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BDR, Sales Representative, or similar role (B2B experience preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
