Cost depends on the agreed scope, deliverables, complexity and ongoing support. We confirm the price in a written quotation after reviewing your requirements. Advertising spend, where relevant, is agreed separately from management fees.

Two revision rounds are included in every project. A revision is a change inside the agreed edit, such as trimming a scene, fixing a caption, adjusting color or changing audio. A new cut, script or direction counts as a new brief, and we quote it before starting. Extra rounds are quoted in advance as well.

Expect 24 to 48 hours for a Reel, 3 to 5 days for a YouTube video, 2 to 4 days for an ad and 5 to 10 days for a corporate film. The clock starts when we receive complete footage and a clear brief. The exact date is written into your proposal before you pay.

You do. After delivery, you own the final videos and the project files, such as the Premiere Pro project. We return your raw footage on request and keep files safe for 90 days after delivery, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. The ownership clause is written into your agreement.

We deliver MP4 files in H.264 or H.265 for web and social, ProRes masters on request, and caption files in SRT. Sizes include 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 in 1080p and 4K. Each export is matched to the platform it will run on, such as Instagram, YouTube or TikTok.

Yes. Our editors cut videos in Urdu, English or both, and add captions in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. A native reader checks every subtitle file before delivery. We can also translate between English and Urdu. Machine drafts are always corrected by a person.

We use AI tools for routine steps such as transcripts, first-draft captions, silence detection and noise reduction. A person makes every creative decision and reviews every video. You can opt out of AI tools for confidential material, and we will edit by hand. We never clone voices or faces without written consent.

Send footage by Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link. There is no size limit through those services, and we confirm when everything has arrived. For very large shoots in Islamabad, we can collect hard drives in person. Please include audio files, logos, fonts and any music you want used.

Yes, in our own studio. You can record podcasts, interviews and product videos at the HA Technologies studio, and the same team edits the footage. We do not film on location outside our studio unless we agree on a custom project. See our Podcast Studio and Studio for Rent pages.

Tell your project manager. We review the edit with you, fix what falls inside the brief using your included revision rounds, and discuss anything that needs a new brief. If the result does not match the agreed brief, we correct it at no extra charge. The free sample edit lets you check quality first.

Yes. We edit full podcast episodes, with multi-camera cuts, clean audio and chapters. We also turn long videos and webinars into short clips with captions and hooks. One 60-minute episode usually becomes a full episode, five to eight clips and a trailer. Deliverables and cost are agreed in a written quotation.

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before you share footage. We keep unreleased videos, products and campaigns private until you publish them, and our editors work on secured, access-controlled storage. We delete your files on request. Please ask for the NDA when you send your enquiry.

A freelancer is one person, and the work stops if they are unavailable. HA Technologies assigns a project manager, a lead editor and a quality reviewer, so your work continues if someone is away. You also get stated turnaround, written terms and a quality check. A freelancer may cost less for a very small job.

Send a 30 to 60 second clip with a short brief. An editor cuts it, adds captions and a basic polish, and sends it back within two working days. You can then decide whether to continue. The sample is free, there is no obligation, and each business can claim one.

We serve Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Multan, and work remotely with clients worldwide. Shoots and meetings happen in person in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and by arrangement elsewhere. Footage, review links and final files all move online, so location does not slow the work.
