Industry: Education consultancy & study abroad services · Duration: October 2025 – May 2026 · Markets: Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain · Services: International SEO, AEO & GEO optimization, localized landing pages, content strategy and organic lead generation.
Project overview
JNS Education required a stronger international organic search presence across Pakistan and key Middle Eastern markets, targeting 35 priority keywords across several locations while expanding visibility for education consultancy, study abroad advisory and PTE-related searches.
Unlike a single-location SEO campaign, this project required a market-specific approach. Commercial landing pages served users searching for education consultants in different cities and countries, while an informational blogging strategy addressed students researching study destinations and application procedures.
Over the eight-month engagement, SEMrush-estimated organic traffic increased by 30.6% (6.2K to 8.1K), organic keyword visibility grew by 57.1% (2.1K to 3.3K), and all 35 tracked keywords reached Google's top ten reported positions — 24 of them at number one.
The challenge: scaling SEO across multiple international markets
The campaign targeted education consultancy searches in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan, as well as international markets including Dubai, Riyadh, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Each geographic market required relevant commercial content rather than generic copy reused across locations.
Of the 35 supplied keywords, 23 were initially recorded as not ranking, and the remaining 12 held positions between 20 and 69. The objective was to convert this limited search presence into strong rankings across both Pakistan and international markets, while connecting commercial searches with the informational needs of students researching study destinations.
Our SEO strategy & execution
01. International SEO & geographic targeting — regionally relevant commercial search queries for Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan) and the Middle East (Dubai and the wider UAE, Riyadh and Saudi Arabia, Doha and Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain).
02. Regional commercial landing pages — region-specific pages targeting searches such as “education consultants in Dubai,” “study abroad consultants in Riyadh” and “education consultants in Lahore,” each aligned with the services and geographic relevance prospective students in that market expect.
03. Informational blogging & topical coverage — study-destination and procedure-focused articles supporting students in the research stage of their study abroad journey, expanding topical coverage beyond transactional education consultancy searches.
04. Keyword strategy & performance monitoring — a portfolio covering branded-independent, service-related, location-specific and broader education consultancy queries, assessed through SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
SEO performance: before vs. after

Among the 12 keywords with numerical starting positions, the average ranking improved from approximately 36.2 to 2.4 — an average gain of 33.8 positions. Google Search Console recorded approximately 4.65 million search impressions and 29,300 organic clicks during the reporting period.
Business impact: 761 organic search leads
The GA4 lead acquisition report recorded 1,914 total leads, of which 761 were attributed to Organic Search — approximately two out of every five reported leads, making organic search the largest individual lead source alongside substantial paid social activity.
Organic Search was the website's second-largest traffic acquisition channel with 23,860 reported sessions (29.30% of total sessions), and the first-user acquisition report attributed 22,572 users to Google / Organic.
The result
An international SEO strategy spanning Pakistan and the Middle East delivered 30.6% organic traffic growth, 57.1% organic keyword growth, 24 number-one keyword rankings and 761 organic-attributed leads.
